These Terms of Use govern access to and use of this website (the “Site”), which presents the Steel – Unified Project Management Platform product. By accessing and browsing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is informational in nature. Its purpose is to present the Steel product, its features and its development roadmap. The content published on the Site does not constitute a contractual offer and may be updated, modified or removed at any time without notice.
The Steel software, the “Steel” and “NexusMPX” names and logos, the texts, graphics, screenshots, diagrams and all other content published on the Site are the property of the rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Steel software is registered in the Public Special Register for Computer Programs held by SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers), registration no. D000026273, with Silvio Di Pasquale as holder of the exclusive economic exploitation rights.
No content of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
You may consult and browse the Site for personal and informational purposes. You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, that may damage its operation, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
The Steel software is currently under development. Any references on the Site to features, versions (Free, Professional, Enterprise), availability or download options are indicative and do not constitute a commitment. The terms governing the use and licensing of the software will be set out in a separate licence agreement made available when the software is released for download.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The rights holder has no control over such sites and assumes no responsibility for their content or their privacy and data-protection practices.
The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holder shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time to reflect changes to the Site or to applicable legislation. Changes will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the place of residence or registered office of the rights holder, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory provisions.
